He sang and told stories...epic tales. The Illiad and Odyssey are
credited to him. He was the earliest "entertainer"
Herodotus was an ancient Greek historian known as the
"Father of History". He wrote about Homer in his "Histories"
Therefore, it seemed appropriate to name this fine pup born from
a mating of Garlin's Titan Von Wolff, our Black and Cream Longhair stud
to Drake's Pixie Stix,MS a fun and entertaining Red Smooth bitch
"Homer Herodotus Von Wolff,MS"
Homer, as we call him, is a Red Smooth dog, that carries the Cream gene
from his sire. Homer was born to make history....a line of Cream Smooth
dachshunds....and of course, to entertain us as only dachshunds do!
Homer resides with his mate, "Beautiful Helen of Troy Von Wolff,MS"
at Rosemary Johnston's home. He enjoys a life of affection and great care
in Rosemary's custody...then comes to VWK for show activities.
Homer's first offspring with Helen have been born. Beautiful Emma Frost is their Longhair daughter! You can see her on the New Stars Page!
