On Demember 19, 2009 at the Rosemont Convention
Center, Chicago, Illinois...under Judge Jon Cole, our
wonderful 7 month old Smooth Red Puppy Bitch "Hope"
was awarded Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners and the
Best of Breed Win! This award was especially significant
because Hope defeated 2 Champion dogs and a Champion
bitch for the Best of Breed win! Sincere thanks go out to
Judge Cole for recognizing that Hope is the "Total Package"
of structure,movement and attitude!
This puts Hope at 3 points towards her AKC Championship
title in her first 2 shows. What a girl!
We'll be taking January off from dogshows while puppies
are being whelped(see the Puppies page for details)
and to do some further training.
Look for VWK dachshunds competing during
February 2010 in Indianapolis and Chicago.
